David Chodack is recognized as one of the top tax sales experts in the country and one of the few who teaches about how to make money at  all four statges of the tax sale process, not just the auctions. He was born and raised in Brooklyn New York and moved to California with his wife Fran in 1969. Ever since then, they have lived in the San Francisco Bay Area, where Mr. Chodack  is involved in  investing and doing mortgages with their son, Julian.
